Print the QR once. Change the menu forever.
Your menu lives online and the QR code holds only a short permanent link. Change a price at 11pm and the table tents are already right — no reprinting, no stickers, no new codes.

Why most QR menus need reprinting
Free QR menu tools pack your whole menu inside the QR image itself. It is a neat trick — no hosting, nothing to expire — but it means the code is the menu. Change one price and you get a different code, so every table tent, counter sticker and delivery bag has to be redone. It also caps you at roughly 2,900 characters, about 60–100 dishes.
Setu QR Menu turns that around. The code points to a permanent link, and the menu behind it is yours to change whenever you like.
Everything a restaurant actually needs
One permanent code
Your link is fixed at signup and can never change. Print it on table tents, menus and packaging once and never think about it again.
Change prices instantly
Edit a price and it reaches the next diner who scans. No republish step, no waiting, no reprint.
Sold-out toggles
Ran out of prawns? Flip a switch and the dish shows as sold out instead of disappointing someone at the table.
Sizes and variations
Half or full, small or large, paneer or chicken — add as many priced options as a dish needs, with your own labels.
Dish and category photos
Add a photo to any dish and a banner to any section. Diners order more when they can see the food.
No size limit
The QR only carries a link, so your menu can be as long as you like. Hundreds of dishes are no problem.
Daily scan counts
See how many people opened your menu each day, so you know whether the table tents are actually working.
Multiple menus
Keep lunch, dinner and seasonal menus side by side and switch which one is live — the same QR follows along.
Your brand
Your logo, your colour, your currency. The menu looks like your restaurant, not like a template.
What a diner is deciding
The things people check before they order
A menu is not only prices. For someone who has never eaten with you, it is the thing they use to decide whether to trust you at all.
Your hygiene grade, beside your name
Show your official grade — A, B, C or D — right next to the business name, where someone deciding whether to order will actually see it.
The certificate, one tap away
Upload the certificate as an image or a PDF and a diner can open the document itself, instead of taking your word for the letter.
A pinned notice at the top
GST extra. 5% service charge. Kitchen closes at 10:30. Put it where it gets read before the order rather than argued about after the bill.
Opening hours with a live badge
Set your hours for each day and the menu works out whether you are open, showing an Open now badge on its own. Fewer calls asking.
A gallery of up to twelve photos
The room, the counter, the tandoor, the plates. Photos that do not belong to any one dish get a gallery of their own.
An About Us page behind the menu
Who you are, who cooks, what year you opened. One tap from the menu, for the diners who want to know before they order.
Dishes
A dish is more than a name and a price
Sizes and variations are where most menus stop. This is what sits underneath them.
Add-on pricing
Options that add to the dish price instead of replacing it. Extra cheese +₹40, add a scoop +₹30 — the diner sees what it comes to.
Pick-several option groups
Toppings, sides, spice level. Some groups take a single choice, others take as many as the diner wants — you decide that per group.
Up to three labels a dish
Bestseller, Chef's special, Spicy, New. Up to three labels per dish, each with its own icon, so the menu points somewhere instead of lying flat.
Veg and non-veg marks
The green and brown marks Indian diners look for first, drawn the way the FSSAI convention expects. On a menu in India this is not decoration.
Excel that survives the round trip
Export to Excel, change a hundred prices in a spreadsheet, import it back. Variations and labels come back intact rather than flattened into plain rows.
Templates and branding
Three templates, your colours, eleven kinds of business
The menu should look like your place, not like the software it was built in.
Three menu templates
Classic, Bistro and Trattoria lay the same dishes out in quite different ways. Switch whenever you like — your dishes stay exactly where they are.
Eight colours you can edit
Each template gives you eight editable colour tokens, not one brand colour stretched over everything. Match your signage properly instead of getting close.
A banner behind the menu header
Your room, your counter or your best plate sits behind the header. It is the first thing anyone sees in the second after the scan.
Cuisine chips under your name
North Indian, Chinese, Bakery. Small chips under the business name tell a diner what to expect before they scroll a single category.
Not only restaurants
Eleven business types to choose from, salons, spas and retail shops included. Pick yours and the menu reads like your price list, not someone else's food menu.
After the scan
What the person holding the phone gets
Everything above is for you. This is the menu your diner actually holds.
Search across the whole menu
Type paneer and get every match, in names and descriptions alike. On a long menu that is the difference between ordering and giving up.
A price calculator on every dish
A quantity stepper on the dish, with the total worked out as it goes. Handy for a table of six, and for anyone keeping an eye on the bill.
A recommendations carousel
The dishes you want ordered, in a swipeable row at the top of the menu, in front of everyone who scans.
Favourites, kept on their own phone
A regular marks what they always order and it is there next time. Stored on their device, with no account to make and nothing for you to hold.
An address that opens Maps
Tap the address and Google Maps or Apple Maps opens with directions. The shortest route from a forwarded menu link to someone walking in.
A link to your reviews
Send a happy diner to the place where a review counts, while the meal is still in front of them rather than three days later.
A share sheet
Diners forward the menu to whoever is joining them. Your menu travels on WhatsApp without you having to send anything.
How it works
Create your account
Sign up with your email and pick your permanent menu link, like /m/sharmas-kitchen. This is the only thing you can never change, so choose it once.
Build your menu
Add categories and dishes, or import an Excel sheet. Already used our free tool? Paste its link and everything comes across, including your tagline, phone and brand colour.
Print the QR
Download a print-ready QR and put it on tables, counters and delivery bags.
Change whatever, whenever
Prices, dishes, photos, a whole seasonal menu. The printed code never needs to change again.
In the editor
Built for the day your menu hits a hundred dishes
Nobody wants to scroll a hundred open forms to change one price.
Dish rows fold to one line
Every dish collapses to a summary line — name, price, status. Open only the one you came to change.
Collapsible categories
Fold a category away, or expand and collapse the whole menu in a click.
Search and filter while editing
Find a dish by name or narrow the editor to one category instead of hunting down the page.
Duplicate a menu to draft safely
Copy the live menu, rework the copy at your own pace, switch when it is ready. Nobody scanning sees the draft.
Live preview beside the editor
The diner's view sits next to the form and moves as you type. No publish-and-check loop.
Choose what gets recommended
Pick the category that feeds the recommendations carousel, so the dishes you push are the ones you chose.
It tells you when a save fails
If a setting does not reach the server you are told about it. Silence is never treated as success.
Your grading authority, your wording
MCD, FSSAI, BMC or whoever grades you — set the issuing authority so the badge on your menu says the right thing.
The grade retires itself
Give the certificate its expiry date and the grade leaves the menu when it lapses. A stale grade on display is worse than no grade.
Password reset by OTP
Locked out at nine on a Saturday? A one-time code to your email gets you back into the editor.
Free for a year. Then priced like a cup of chai.

Already using the free tool?
Keep using it — it stays free. Move up when reprinting starts to hurt: when prices change often, when the menu outgrows the QR, or when you want photos and scan numbers. Paste your free menu link into the premium editor and everything comes across, including your tagline, phone, address and brand colour.
Questions restaurants ask
Nothing — that is the whole point. The code carries a short permanent link, not the menu, so editing prices, adding dishes or switching to a different menu leaves it untouched. Print once and never reprint.
Print it once. Really.
Free for your first year, then ₹49 a month. Either way, your table tents stop being something you reprint every time a price moves.
