What is Cloud Backup?
Cloud backup keeps a copy of business data outside the device it was created on, so a lost, stolen or failed device does not take the records with it.
Why Cloud Backup matters
Devices fail at the worst possible time, and the data lost is usually invoices, stock and customer records that cannot be reconstructed. Backups are cheap insurance against an uninsurable loss.
How Cloud Backup works in practice
Back up on a schedule you do not have to remember, verify a restore occasionally, and keep at least one copy you control. A backup nobody has ever restored is a hope, not a plan.
